Day two on the Yangtze took us through some stunning views and through the Three Gorges. The first was Qutang Gorge and then to the City of Wushan.
Our stop for the day was to board a smaller ship and cruise up a tributary through an area known as the Smaller Three Gorges.
After the short tour, we continued down the Yangtze and entered the second of the three gorges – Wu Gorge. More beautiful scenes, a new bridge being built, and as darkness approached, we entered into a holding area before going into the locks at the Three Gorges Dam just after midnight..
